Some of us (i.e., everyone but Mira) were more thrilled than others to visit the livestock show. Aunt Debbie and Uncle Jon have always been good at making new friends.
Mama was overwhelmed with emotion as she watched Mira take her first bites of the Kaye tradition. Daddy proudly documented the moment in pictures.
Aunt Sy-sa definitely won the name game this round, but Mira quickly warmed up to Uncle Mitch and Aunt Mandy when they arrived. She made very specific requests for them to hold her. We all enjoyed a weekend full of "Pass the Mira!"
We ended the night with the rodeo and country music.
On Sunday we surprised Nana with a birthday scavenger hunt while we all worked together to cook a delicious brunch.

The women in our family seem to be doing very well.

Pictures from the CohAn camera are still being edited.
Nana, we still have your (mended) capri pants and pile o' cards.
