Elmo Makes It Better

This is our very sick child that we took to the Ben Taub Emergency Center. Okay, so she was never very sick, but enough that we wanted to have her examined (Ed note: this is not how she appeared when we made such a decision).

This is our sick child when she returned home from the hospital with a reward for letting the doctors and nurses examine her. Are you noticing a pattern? Elmo makes everything better.

This is our sick child listening to her Gram and Pop sing "Twinkle, Twinkle, Little Star" (notice the hands "twinkling") after 15 rounds of "Baa, Baa, Black Sheep." Grandparents are also good medicine.
