Sandi's intern retreat gave us our first full weekend together in 3 months, and Mira her first chance to "swim". She took to water just like she's taken to everything else - easy-going and full of smiles. Her babbling and her calm, attentive demeanor charmed the discerning audience of young pediatricians.

Pictures of five month old Mira speak for themselves - she is a personable, exuberant, and charming young lady. Like her namesake, she is a night owl staying up until 9:30 or later. When she does sleep, she is down for 10 hours, content in rolling around and babbling to herself before letting out a squeal or two to tell us it's time to eat. Mira loves to stand and dance, reaching for our hands, her toys, anything that can be brought to her mouth. She throws her arms out to the side and arches her back to let us know she would like to be picked up...and we gladly oblige.

Grandparents are invited to click on our family portrait for access to more pictures of our beautiful Mira Roberta; other fans are welcome to do the same at their own discretion. We know there are a lot of pictures of the same baby - but really, which ones would you not share?
