Mira's parents went a bit ... crazy. For their anniversary, we all went and watched the Rice Owls beat TCU in NCAA baseball. The outing meant that we spent 6 hours at the baseball stadium first waiting for the rain to stop, then for the groundskeepers to clear the field, and finally, once the game started almost three hours late, for one of Dan's students to come and close the victory. Thanks to Mira's great demeanor, we all had a great time.
